I witness the greatest fiasco's in the food service in my life, maybe even ever on my way through to my fiend's house. About a year ago, myself and my girlfriend were hungry. It was around 9PM. She wanted to stop here. Only one or two people in front of us inside, cool we should be in and out. We give our order and wait for our food. This person, screwed up this ladies order four times in a row. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary. She didn't want ketchup or something like that on her burger. I told her after the second or third time she should probably just take it. After watching him screw it up twice, someone in the grill, a different person told the front to stop taking orders, until they would catch up. I held off taking orders for like 30 minutes. Then proceeded to screw this ladies order up two more times. Meanwhile, the line inside is starting to reach the door. I tried recommending they go somewhere else, but no one wanted to listen to me. They finally call my number, they bring my girlfriends food but not mine. I tell her to go sit down and eat, hopefully it is coming. After a few minutes I try flagging someone down to find out where my order is. I finally get the manager. Took at least 15 minutes after my girlfriend got her food. They never made my food or they gave it to someone else. I was standing there for over 45 minutes. I told her I just needed a refund. The manager really wanted to get my order for me and my money back. I was happy to just get out of there with a refund. I could have went into much more detail but I think I made my point on why this could be one of the worst run places ever. I should have went back there with my zero experience working at a DQ and at least showed them how not to be a complete idiot. This crew member who seemed to be most of the problem probably should have been fired on the spot.
Never been to a worse place customer service is awful. Went today through the drive through and instead of warning you ahead of time they say it is closed at the speaker so I had to drive around the building then when you go inside you find out there grill is down? Then after that we said what we wanted which was a pumpkin pie blizzard and they were out of that . I had to step out of the building my girlfriend ordered what she wanted . Defiantly never go back to this wouldn’t recommend to anyone...
This place is the biggest joke i have ever went to! I waited 45 minutes for a burger and fries and people in front of me were waiting 30 minutes just to get ice cream. They had a new guy first day there struggling and pretty much all the employees were just laughing at him (including the manager). The guy asked me twice what i was waiting on and i told him and still nothing was getting done. The lady in front of me asked for a manager and he apparently was busy. He was sitting in his office and would not come out. I had to leave to get back to work so I couldn’t ask for a refund. I then called the store twice and got no answer. Thought people should know before you go wasting your time to get food from this place. If i was the franchise owner of this location i would be extremely embarrassed to say i own that location!
BEST FAST FOOD PLACE EVER AND FAST SERVICE THE FOOD WAS AT MY TABLE IN 5 MINUTES DEFINITELY GOING BACK EVERY WEEK
Its has been a while since i have been to this location, not sure how it has been, but in the last few weeks ive been here a few times, The staff was very nice. Food did not take long to arrive. They brought it to my table. When we were about to finish lunch, they brought our hot fudge sundaes out to us. Perfect timing. I would definitely keep coming back as long as they kept that up!
