I brought my suit in on Monday and it was ready the next day after 6 pm. My suit hadn't been dry cleaned in over 6 years and was incredibly dirty when I brought it in. When I picked it up, it looked like a brand new suit. Additionally, the employees I worked with were both quick and professional. I will come here again.
The customer service that I received at Model Cleaners in Adams Shops was horrible. I had my favorite leather purse with a coffee spill in the lining that needed cleaned. I know that purses are hard to clean and a bit of a specialty item, but the lady working there was horribly rude to me. She looked annoyed as soon as I walked in, and when I told her about my item she just seemed like I was being a burden to her. She told me that they can't guarantee that it will turn out okay and that the price isn't guaranteed, speaking of which the price was ridiculous anyway. I felt so uncomfortable talking to her and I was just so annoyed that I took my business elsewhere. I found Martinizing Dry Cleaning in Wexford and the people there were so polite and helpful and they had no problem accepting and cleaning my purse. My purse turned out perfect and it cost me $20 less than what I would have payed at Model Cleaners. Overall I was just not happy with how Model Cleaners treated me as a customer.
Pick up and delivery issues. Lost 2 suits and four shirts. 4 shirts and 2 suits eventually ended up at my door, and the management had no idea they were there. My neighbors must've found the pieces and delivered them to my house. As I take inventory now, I am missing other suits. Called and written to the Manager Tim who has not responded. I have quit doing business with them and am using Giant Eagle. At this time, no problems with Giant Eagle.

Model is great! I live in an area where pick up and delivery service is available and they are very reliable. If there is ever an issue that something takes longer than the promised 2-day turn around, they call me to let me know what is going on and when my garments will be delivered. They take as good care of their customers as they do their customer's dry cleaning items!
