Very nice Great Clips. I recommend using their app or online check in since it is the best way to get in the queue before arriving. Otherwise comma they give good haircuts for reasonable price.
Let me just start by saying how blessed I am for having found this salon. I've tried other Great Clips and other salons, none of which compare to this one. I have two kids under 5. One has a sensory disorder and the other is downs. Every other salon I've taken them too ha's gotten quickly frustrated and wouldn't listen to the tips I gave them on how to make their hair cuts less tramatic. I took my boys to the Mars Great Clips in hopes to get at least half decent hair cuts since they both scream and squirm the whole time. When we walked in both ladies working had smiling faces and gave us a warm welcome. Both my boys ended up having the same stylist cut their hair. I've never seen a stylist so patient and willing to work with my boys at their pace. She listened to the tips I gave to make the hair cuts easier and even used some ideas of her own that were perfect for my boys. It was like she's known my boys for years. There was very little squirming and no screaming throughout both hair cuts. This has never happened before. We left the salon with both boys smiling and great hair cuts. Thank you so much Jen for your patients and your great work with my boys. I'd highly recommend getting Jen if you have young children who are afraid of hair cuts.
Great place for a quick haircut. Most of the stylists I've had have been good. Some more talkative than others and some more skilled than others. The prices are good except for the hair products which you can find much cheaper online at Amazon. I recommend using their app for check-in before you leave, especially on Saturdays.
Always a good haircut and love that they give a discount for military both active and retired.
A few months ago I was the next person because I "checked-in" via the app, which I love. But the employee at this store took a guy with a kid ahead of me who was NOT checked-in. After she had already told them to go back to the hair cutting area she asked me if it was "ok" with me. Of course it is now! And the jerk dad just looked at me and didn't even thank me. The employee should never have moved someone ahead of someone else. This was not life and death....just a haircut. On top of that the hairstylists in general are better at the Cranberry Mall location.
